My name is Lila Fekays and I am a certified Reiki Master Practitioner and Spiritual Life Coach/ Ascention Guide. I first began my Reiki training in 2004, completing my Master level training in 2005. I am also a certified SRI (Somato Respiratory Integration) wellness educator, completing my training in 2006 through Wise World Seminars in Boulder CO. I then went on to study with two renowned Soul coaches: Faith Spina from 2018-2019, and Debra Hastings from 2018 to 2021. I then completed two years of study with Bri Boros, Alchem-E Mentor at Realit-E through the teachings of Dr. Donny Epstein. My current practice of advanced level energy medicine culminates 21 years of experience.
My sessions are unique and as individual as you are, designed around your specific needs. I work with a combination of modalities including, but not limited to, Advanced level energy medicine, Reiki, SRI (somato respiratory integration), Soul coaching, channeling Divine guidance, and ultimately Alchemy! We as human beings are highly programmed and conditioned. Most of us carry a multitude of paralyzing, and debilitating false beliefs about who and what we truly are, and what true healing really looks like.
Being stuck in painful patterns from old wounds, and ego based stories, can result in stagnant, stuck, bound energy that can show up as illness in the body, mind, and spirit.
We must understand that EVERYTHING is energy and that energy cannot be destroyed, only reorganized, realigned, shifting into a state of greater balance and ease. Bound energy (blockages in the body or field, wants to be unbound, and the unbound energy wants to be bound). There is nothing to get rid of! It does not have to be hard. We do not have to work so hard trying to figure everything out. We simply need to work with the energy. I call in your guides, as well as your higher self and together we create miracles!! You are a participant! I am not doing anything to you. It is a glorious, magnificent, light filled, divine, healing dance and collaboration for your highest healing. It is your divine right to feel good in your body. To be healthy in all aspects of your being and it is my absolute greatest joy, honor, and privilege to be of service to you in this capacity!
As a guide I hold the space between you (the client) and the Divine energy that I am channeling. I help bridge the gaps between what is in shadow to receive the light of illumination. To receive the divine reorganization, rearrangement, and alchemy of change. Change within the body, mind, and the spirit. I can see, feel, and connect with the density/blockages in your body and field, and through divine guidance I adjust the sails so to speak, to realign, and allow this all knowing, all loving intelligence to move through, creating a much greater sense of flow and ease. It may leave you feeling like something is no longer there ( the so-called problem) but it is really just a shift in energy. Whatever the issue that brings you to a session with me, whether it be for a physical ailment, a mental/emotional issue, or issues around your spiritual growth, ascension/remembering, this practice of energy medicine can have a profoundly positive impact, thus creating openings, freedom from long held, debilitating beliefs, based in trauma, fear, or anxiety that previously felt impossible to navigate. These sessions are about getting to the root of the dis-ease, and shining the light there! It is ALCHEMY! It is truly where the Divine meets the physical reality!!!! Each session is different, unique, and meets you right where you are. This is the only place to be. When we are aligned in full presence to where we are right now, without trying to change it, judge it, shame it, blame it, or do anything to it, IT will begin to trust that it is safe to be seen. Then, and only then can the so-called "letting go" happen. "Letting go" is really a reorganization of energy by the projection of consciousness awareness.
As a soul coach and guide I help you to wake up from the matrix of what is untrue to what is true. I guide you into the full memory of what already is. The you that knows that there is sooooo much more than the reality that keeps showing up, keeping you stuck in patterns, playing small. It's time for you to remember your power as a conscious creator and to start living the life that you know you can have.
What is Reiki?
Reiki is pure energy that comes from the Source or God. It is aligned with the Universal Laws of Spiritual Consciousness and Unconditional Love. Rei means "universal or "including all.”
Ki refers to the "vital life force" that permeates our beings as well as all living things. Thus, Reiki is "universal vital life force energy.” It is, therefore, totally harmonious with all belief systems. This energetic form of healing can bring a person to wholeness, integrating the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual levels.
